Today, neuroscience confirms that our brain develops 15% more brain activity in the dream phase than in waking life, and that through lucid dreaming- the ability to consciously wake up in our dreams- it is even possible to intervene on one’s physical body, modifying it significantly.

For many indigenous people and ancient civilizations, dreaming is a real and powerful experience able to transform our plane of reality. When we dream we open doors to infinite territories, allowing us to get in touch with other intelligences, other timelines and spaces that are infinitely different from the ordinary space in which we live our existence.

But if dreams are so essential to realize our human potential, how come most people today struggle to remember their dreams, or have never had a lucid dream?

Investigating these questions and facing this extraordinary journey requires an investment of Attention, to recover what has been buried and forgotten inside of each one of us, but that is not completely lost.

We are a group of lucid dreamers that has been training in the use of the power of dreams for many years. Our training takes place in Damanhur, where the ability to dream has been cultivated by collecting information and practices transmitted by ancient civilizations and shamanic traditions from all over the world, combined with the knowledge transmitted by Falco Tarassaco, the spiritual guide of Damanhur. From this research a School divided into three levels has been created, through which you can explore and reawaken the ancient knowledge of the power of dreams.

Damanhur

Damanhur is a Federation of Spiritual Communities founded in 1975 in the foothills of the Italian Alps. It is an experience of researching the profound values of existence, conducted through exploration in every area: in the field of work, shared life, culture, art, the search for Consciousness and the subtle energies that guide our universe.

My passionate journey into the dream dimension began at the age of 8, when I started having my first lucid dreams. First self-taught and then under the expert guidance of Falco Tarassaco, spiritual guide of Damanhur with whom I deepened the knowledge of the Dream realm. When he died, Falco left me the task of transmitting the dream knowledge he taught me in 30 extraordinary, intense and magical years. Since 2013 I have traveled all over the world, teaching the ancient and powerful art of Dreaming.
